If you are not satisfied with your purchase you can return it within 30 days, unworn and in its original condition, for a full refund or exchange. Custom-made bridal pieces are handled case by case — please talk to us.
Tracking your order is easy! Once your order is shipped, we’ll send you a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your order’s status on our Order Tracking page.

Yes — we offer free shipping right across Canada. We also ship internationally to most countries; fees and delivery times vary by destination.

Bangles and churra follow standard Indian sizing (2.2 to 2.10) and we are happy to measure you at either store. Every product page lists measurements, and most pieces can be resized — just ask.
We process orders quickly, so changes may be limited once an order is moving. Contact us as soon as you can and we will do our best. Custom bridal pieces can be adjusted while they are still in design.
Yes, we offer gift wrapping for a small additional fee. You can select this option during checkout, or just ask in store.
Keep pieces away from perfume, hairspray and water, and store them in the pouch or box they came in. Wipe gently with a soft dry cloth after wearing. Bring anything in to either store and we will clean it for you.
Enter your email on the product page and we will let you know as soon as it is back. Many of our designs can also be made to order — contact us and we will let you know what is possible.
