Ready-to-wear orders go out within 1–2 business days, with free shipping across Canada. You will get a tracking link as soon as we hand it to the courier. Custom bridal pieces are made to order — we confirm a timeline with you before starting.
Our pieces are handcrafted using traditional Indian techniques — kundan, polki, jadau and meenakari — in both precious and semi-precious materials. Every custom bridal piece is designed with you and made to order.
30 days to return anything unworn and in its original condition. We refund the original payment within five working days of receiving the parcel. Custom-made pieces are handled case by case — talk to us and we will sort it out.
Yes — on anything we have made. Bring it into either store and we will clean, re-set or re-string it. Small fixes we handle in-house; anything larger we quote before starting.
Bangles and churra follow standard Indian sizing (2.2 to 2.10) and we will measure you in store. For online orders every product page lists measurements, and most pieces can be resized.
